How do I request a refund for my donation?
All transactions made on Givebutter are final, per our terms of service. This is to protect users from withdrawing money we don't have.
However, refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion. If you've recently made a donation and would like to see if we are able to process a refund, please forward your donation email receipt to [email protected] and let us know that you'd like a refund.
Please note that we will not be able refund your donation if it has already been withdrawn. In this situation, all requests for refunds should be made directly to the campaign administrator.
