Where to start

There are two different ways to begin the sign-up process:

  1. Go here! (givebutter.com/signup)

  2. Click Sign up anywhere on the Givebutter.com website.


Creating your Account and Individual User Profile

The first step in setting up a campaign is to create your Account and Individual User Profile.

  • Account: The entity you are representing

  • User Profile: You!

Pro Tip: There is no need to use a shared email or log in with someone else - your information can remain private, and you can add unlimited admins & editors later.

To begin, select your Account type and name your Account. This is the name that should represent your organization. 👍

You will then have two options for creating your User Profile; this represents you as an individual.

  1. Continue with Facebook

  2. Complete the fields shown with your personal information

Please answer a few questions to help us tailor your fundraising experience, then navigate to your Dashboard.  

That's it! Welcome to your new home for all things giving.

Note: For fraud prevention requirements, if you are creating an individual Givebutter account, you will need to reach out to [email protected] to verify and activate your account after it's been set up.
