Where to start

There are a few easy ways to begin the sign-up process:

  1. Go here! (givebutter.com/signup)

  2. Click Sign up anywhere on the Givebutter.com website.

Creating your Account and Individual User Profile

The first step in setting up a campaign is to create your Account and Individual User Profile.

  • Account: the entity you are representing

  • User Profile: You!

Pro Tip: There is no need to use a shared email or log in with someone else - your information can remain private, and you add unlimited admins & editors later.

To begin, select your Account type and name your Account. This is the name that should represent your organization.

You will then have two options for creating your User Profile; this represents you as an individual.

  1. Continue with Facebook

  2. Complete the fields shown with your personal information

Please answer a few questions to help us tailor your fundraising experience, then navigate to your Dashboard.  

That's it! Welcome to your new home for all things giving.

Note: For fraud prevention requirements, if you are creating an individual Givebutter account, you will need to reach out to [email protected] to verify and activate your account after it's been set up.
