How can I transfer or upgrade my Tickets?

Ticket transfers: If you'd like to change the information on your Tickets, please reach out to the Event organizer first, and have them reach out to us directly with your request.

Ticket upgrades: If you already purchased Tickets and wish to upgrade (or downgrade) to a different Ticket type, please reach out to the Event organizer first, and have them reach out to us directly with your request. We can issue a full refund of your original Ticket purchase and provide you with the link to the Event page for you to revisit and purchase your desired Tickets once we have direct permission from the account holder.
