If you need to revoke a ticket because of a canceled event, a refunded transaction, or for whatever reason you can do so by following these steps:

  • Start by navigating to your Tickets tab in the Dashboard

  • Next, select (...) next to the Ticket of interest.

  • Select Revoke and confirm you are sure.

Revoking a ticket will not refund the payment; learn more about refunds here.
