Admins can enable or disable automatic Event notifications for each Event campaign. When turned ON, email reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the event.

Manage Automated Event Reminders

  • Log in to your Givebutter Dashboard: https://dashboard.givebutter.com/

  • Navigate to the Event campaign you'd like to manage

  • In the Campaign Manager, navigate to the Event tab.

  • Toggle to Enable Event Reminders and press Save.

  • Event reminders are compatible will all event types.

  • Event reminders are sent to all ticket holders.

  • When Event Reminders are turned ON, email reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the event. This time frame is not adjustable by users.
