Admins can enable or disable automatic Event notifications for each Event campaign. When turned ON, email reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the event.
Manage Automated Event Reminders
Log in to your Givebutter Dashboard: https://dashboard.givebutter.com/
Navigate to the Event campaign you'd like to manage
In the Campaign Manager, navigate to the Event tab.
Toggle to Enable Event Reminders and press Save.

Event reminders are sent to all ticket holders.
When Event Reminders are turned ON, email reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the event. This time frame is not adjustable by users.
