This CSV file is an excellent way for you to analyze your Recurring Donations. You can download this data, then open it into third-party software like Excel, Numbers, or Google Spreadsheets. 📈
How to export Recurring Plan details to CSV
Log in to your Givebutter Dashboard
Navigate to the Track tab in the left side panel and click on the Recurring Plans subtab.
If you’d like to add Filters to the data, do so now.
Click the Export button and click Export again in the popup window
Navigate to your email, and in a few moments, you will receive a message from Givebutter saying that your export is ready to download. In the email, click the Download button or copy and paste the provided link into your browser.
FYI: You must be logged in to Givebutter to view/download your CSV for security purposes. If you’re having any trouble opening your link, be sure to double-check that you are logged in, as your email client may have redirected you to a different device/browser than the one you exported the CSV from.
The CSV file will then download to your device. Check your Downloads folder to open in a file reader like Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
What does the Recurring Plans export file contain?
The CSV file export contains the following information:
ID – Unique ID # for this recurring donation
Status – Active, Canceled, Past_due_failed
Frequency – Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
First Name – The donor’s first name.
Last Name – The donor’s last name.
Email – The donor’s email.
Phone – The donor’s phone number.
Created_at – The date/time this Recurring Donation was created in UTC.
Canceled-at - The date/time this Recurring Donation was canceled (if it was)
Cancel-reason - The reason this Recurring Donation was canceled (if it was)
