Troubleshooting ๐
If you're generating reports, but aren't receiving our emails, please do the following troubleshooting steps before contacting us:
Ensure you've checked your email spam/junk box. Because these emails are sent from no-reply address, email providers may categorize them as junk mail.
Sometimes, these messages are filtered into folders previously set up in email accounts, or they're deleted automatically. Check any relevant folders.
Search your inbox for "[email protected]".
Check your email settings to be sure the address [email protected] is whitelisted, a firewall isn't blocking us, or there isn't some server issue.
If you've tried all of these options, and you're still having trouble receiving export emails, please contact our team โ we'd be happy to assist!
