You can export all of your paddle raise commitments into a spreadsheet (CSV file) that you can view in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or other spreadsheet software. The export is useful for post-event stewardship. Use it to follow up on outstanding commitments, send thank-you messages to paddle raise donors, or reconcile paddle raise totals with your records.
Each row in the export is a single commitment. If an attendee made more than one commitment during your paddle raise, each one shows up as its own row with the same paddle number. Commitments are not added together per paddle number, so you can sort, filter, and total them however you like in your spreadsheet.
Exporting paddle raise commitments đŸ
Click Campaigns in the left-hand menu bar, then select the relevant Event campaign.
Click the Paddle Raise tab.
Click the Actions menu in the upper right corner, then click Export commitments.
Confirm if you want to export all columns, or custom columns, and click Export.
Navigate to your email, and in a few moments, you will receive a message from Givebutter saying that your export is ready to download. In the email, click the Download button (good for 72 hours) or copy and paste the provided link into your browser.
The spreadsheet (CSV) file will then download to your device. Check your Downloads folder to open it in a file reader like Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Guest vs. paid by đ„
Anyone with a participant's paddle number can complete payment for their commitments, so the person who committed isn't always the person who paid. The export includes both. Guest columns show the attendee assigned to the paddle number. Paid by columns show the contact who completed payment, including anyone who paid through a linked transaction. If a commitment hasn't been paid yet, the Paid by columns will be blank.

Troubleshooting đ
If you're generating reports but aren't receiving our emails, please do the following troubleshooting steps before contacting us:
Ensure you've checked your email spam/junk box. Because these emails are sent from a no-reply address, email providers may categorize them as junk mail.
Sometimes, these messages are filtered into folders previously set up in email accounts, or they're deleted automatically. Check any relevant folders.
Search your inbox for "[email protected]".
Check your email settings to be sure the address [email protected] is whitelisted, a firewall isn't blocking us, or there isn't some server issue.
