Our chat and email support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We're even open on weekends and holidays, so your organization gets the support they need.

We have two options to contact our support team – live chat and email.

Please note that we do not offer phone support at this time.

If you have an account, please ensure you are logged in and click the Chat button in the top right corner, or select Chat with us from the help (?) menu!

If you do not have an account with us yet, you can open the chat bubble in the lower right corner of our website.

You can also email us anytime at [email protected]! Make sure to email us using the email you use to log into your Givebutter account if you have one.

Viewing a past conversation πŸ‘€

When you open chat on your dashboard or our website, you can start a new conversation or review your past conversations. To open a past conversation, click the Messages tab at the bottom of the messenger window and click on the conversation you'd like to review.
