What are your support hours?
Our chat and email support team is available Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm (EST). Feel free to send a message, even if it's after hours – our support team will respond as soon as they're back. Support is unavailable on weekends, holidays, and Thursdays from 12 – 1 pm (EST).
How can I contact you?
We have two options to get in touch with our support team – live chat and email. Please note that we do not offer phone support at this time.

If you have an account, please ensure you are logged in, and click the "Chat" button in the top right corner of your dashboard! If you do not have an account with us yet, you can open the chat bubble in the lower right corner of our website.
You can also email us anytime at [email protected]! Make sure to email us from the email you use to log into your Givebutter account, if you have one.
How can I access a past conversation?
When you open chat on your dashboard or our website, you can start a new conversation, or review your past conversations. To open a past conversation, click the Messages tab at the bottom of the messenger window, and click on the conversation you'd like to review.
