Our chat and email support team is available M - F, 9A - 6P EST. Feel free to send a message even if it's after hours. Our support team will respond as soon as they're back in the office.

I don't have an account yet; how can I contact you?

I already have an open live chat with someone; how can I reach them again?

When you click on the Chat button on your dashboard or on our website, you can start a new conversation or re-open an existing one. To open an existing one, simply click the Chat button or Chat bubble and click the conversation from "Continue the conversation". If you are looking for an older conversation that isn't listed, you can select "See all your conversations" instead, and find the one you're looking to continue!
