Resend or revoke tickets from the Tickets tab

Login to your Givebutter dashboard and go to the Tickets tab in the left-hand menu bar.

  • Find the tickets you need to resend or revoke

    • Use the Search Field to find tickets by first name, last name, ticket type, or ticket number

      πŸ‘‰ Note: Ticket numbering restarts at A0001 for each new event campaign

    • Use the Filter button to search by ticket type, date of purchase, status, or campaign

  • Select the (...) to the right of the Status column

  • From the drop-down menu, choose from:

    • View transaction - see the details of the purchase

    • Revoke - returns these ticket to the ticket pool in case you have issued a refund or the event has been canceled

    • Resend Ticket - resent the ticket to the original purchaser, or to a different email address.

Revoke tickets from the Transactions tab

Login to your Givebutter dashboard and go to the Transactions tab in the left-hand menu bar.

  • Find the transaction containing the tickets you need to resend or revoke

    • Use the Search Field to find transactions by first or last name

  • Click in the white space near the person's name. In the popup screen that appears on the right, scroll all the way to the bottom. Under the Tickets section, you can:

    1. View check-in Status

    2. Download ticket(s) - click here to download a PDF of the ticket(s)

    3. Cancel Check-in or Revoke tickets - click on the three dots (...)
