How to resend/reissue a ticket

  • Start by navigating to your Dashboard and clicking on the Tickets tab in the left panel

  • Search for and find the ticket of interest

  • Select the [...] to the right of the ticket’s row

  • Select Resend from the drop-down

  • Select an email on file or select “Send to another person” to enter a different email address

  • Click the blue [Send Ticket] button
