Understanding Engage email and SMS statistics in your Message History

View outbound message data πŸ‘€

First, head to Engage, located in the left-hand menu bar of your Givebutter Dashboard.

Under Message History, click on the Sent tab. Locate the message you want to view outbound statistics for, and click on the dropdown "v" on the far right.

What the stats mean πŸ“ˆ

unsubscribe stats

πŸ“« Opened: Number and percentage of recipients who opened the message successfully.

❗️Bounced: Number and percentage of recipients who the message could not reach because of an invalid email address or some other issue.

❌ Unsubscribed: Number and percentage of recipients who unsubscribed to your email messages using the "Unsubscribe here" option at the bottom of all email blasts or that bounced and were automatically unsubscribed by our system.

Note: Bounced emails will be automatically unsubscribed by our system.

View more info about your email stats by clicking Contact List under the "To" field.

Once in Overview, you can filter by various actions performed by your supporters.

βœ… Note: If the outgoing message was sent over 14 days ago, use the Refresh buttons from the ACTIONS menu to see the latest statistics.
