Our chat and email support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We're even open on weekends and holidays, so your organization and donors get the support they need.

Phone support is available to Givebutter Plus subscribers, 7 days a week from 8am – 1am EST.

If you have an account, please ensure you are logged in and click the Chat button in the top right corner, or select Chat with us from the help menu marked with a question mark! All users have access to chat support.

If you don't have an account with us yet, you can open the chat bubble located in the lower right corner of our website.

You can also email us anytime at [email protected]! Make sure to email us using the email you use to log into your Givebutter account if you have one. All users have access to email support.

Givebutter Plus subscribers also benefit from access to phone support, available 7 days a week from 8am – 1am EST. Your dedicated support phone number is accessible directly from your Givebutter dashboard once your Plus subscription is active.

Viewing a past conversation πŸ‘€

When you open chat on your dashboard or our website, you can start a new conversation or review your past conversations. To open a past conversation, click the Messages tab at the bottom of the messenger window and click on the conversation you'd like to review.
