How it Works
Give your donors the option to choose from one-time, monthly, quarterly, or annual donation frequencies.
Recurring donors will receive emails for every subsequent charge, with a link to edit.
Admins can view and manage recurring donations in the Recurring Plans tab anytime.
Recurring Donations are compatible with all payment methods except for digital wallets, Venmo, and ACH.

Enable Recurring Donations
To accept Recurring Donations, enable them at the Account level by navigating to the Account Settings tab and opening the Tools tab in your left side panel. Toggle on Recurring Donations and click Save.
Once enabled, Recurring Donations will instantly get added to all of your Account's existing and future campaigns. Check out the donation form on one of your campaign links to see for yourself!
Your recurring donors will automatically receive email receipts for each subsequent charge, with a special link included for them to manage their recurring plan.
Recurring Plans at the Campaign Level
Recurring plan frequencies are configurable at the campaign level. Navigate to the Tools tab of any campaign to manage and disable the ability to accept Recurring Plans. Don't forget to press Save!
Manage and analyze your Recurring Plans
Navigate to the Track tab in your left side panel and open the Recurring Plans subtab to manage existing Recurring Plans.
Besides being able to at Filters, Segments, and sort in this tab, you can cancel a recurring plan by selecting (...) in the plans row.
