Almost every organization has some sort of website. And if that organization raises money, collects donations, or has events, chances are they need a way to direct potential donors and attendees accordingly. But how are you supposed to keep all of this up to date and organized in a simple, coherent way? That's where your Giving Hub comes in!
What is a Giving Hub?
A Giving Hub is a central webpage where all your Givebutter campaign information exists. Your Giving Hub provides donors with a high-level overview of what your organization is currently working on.
In addition to general information about your organization, such as your mission statement, it also highlights your ongoing campaigns. Donors can click on these campaigns and donate to them directly, or they can browse to see who has created individual fundraisers on behalf of your organization!
What is a Landing Page?
A Landing Page is enabled by default for all Givebutter accounts. It's a simple, public page that lists the campaigns on your account. If you'd like to upgrade your Landing Page to a Giving Hub, it's free to do so! Just follow the instructions below.
How to enable your Giving Hub
Before we can activate your Giving Hub, there are a few things you'll need to complete first! If you'd like to make updates, you can edit this information at any time.
Under Account > About > Organization Profile, set your tagline.
Add as many social accounts as you can.
Under Branding, upload your logo and cover photo.
Set a theme color for your account. We highly recommend using a custom color that matches your organization's branding.
Under Landing Page, set a mission statement.
Fill in your About section with details about your organization
There must be at least one campaign in your account (not including the General Donations form). Create your first campaign if you haven't already.
There must be at least one donation on the account. (You can make a test donation yourself – online, or offline.)
Contact our support team and ask them to enable your Giving Hub for you!
How to edit your Giving Hub or Landing Page link
Go to your Dashboard and click on Account > About > Landing Page or Giving Hub.
Click Customize link to edit your Landing Page or Giving Hub link.

Are the Landing Page and Giving Hub free features?
Yes! These are both free tools to enable you to fundraise more successfully. There are no fees involved with these features.
Can I use my own domain name for my Landing Page or Giving Hub?
Not at this time – all Landing Pages and Giving Hubs will have a givebutter.com domain.
Can I change my Giving Hub information once it's been activated?
Yes! You can change this information at any time.
Can I activate the Giving Hub myself?
This is not currently a self-serve feature – please complete the above checklist to upgrade your Landing Page to a Giving Hub!
