Verify your email
You will automatically receive an email verification email from us at [email protected] when you create a new account.
Click the Verify Email button. Your email is now verified and you'll be redirected back to your Givebutter dashboard.
✅ Note: It's especially important to verify your email if you are 501(c) nonprofit. We use this information to match your profile on Guidestar in order to verify your nonprofit on Givebutter.
What if I deleted that email?
Not to worry! 😊 You can request it again by clicking on Verify email and phone on the Home tab of your Givebutter dashboard.
Click Send verification email.
Verify your phone number
You can access phone verification from your Home tab by clicking Verify email and phone.
You can also find it by going to Account in the left-hand menu bar, then About, and lastly to Account Verification.
Make sure your phone number is correct, and then click Send text code.
Enter the 6-digit security code that is sent to your phone into the SMS Code box.
