Verify your email address and phone number to help keep your account secure.
You will automatically receive an email from us requesting to verify your email when you create a new account. Click the VERIFY EMAIL button in that email to be redirected to your Givebutter dashboard and verify your email address.
✅ Pro tip: If you haven't received the email after a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure to white-list our email address "[email protected]"
Verifying Your Phone Number
You can access the phone verification screen from two places in your Dashboard. The first spot is this buttery-gold button on your Homepage.
The other place is located in the ABOUT section under ACCOUNT in the left-hand menu bar.
Click the SEND TEXT CODE button on the Verification page of your Dashboard.
✅ Pro tip: This should be a personal mobile phone number, rather than an office phone number. Givebutter uses this phone verification process to verify your identity and will, in the future, use your phone for 2FA (coming soon!)
Enter the 6-digit code to the SMS Code box.
