Only campaign admins have the ability to add or cancel bids. If you are an auction participant and wish to add a bid, please place a new bid on the item page. If you wish to cancel your bid, please contact the campaign organizer.
Add a bid manually ➕
Please note that you can only add manual bids to auction-style items. You cannot manually add a bid for fixed-price items.
Click on the name of your campaign in the left-hand menu bar.
Click on the Auction tab.
Click on Items.
Click on the item you want to enter a bid for manually.
Fill in the Bid Amount.
Select the Bidder Name or ID.
Click Manually Add Bid.
It's possible the previous highest bidder had a max bid set higher than the manual bid you're about to enter. Give the screen a few seconds to update so you can be sure who the current highest bidder is.
Cancel a bid ❌
If an auction is live, and an item's top bid is canceled, the item will remain live, and the next highest bidder will move to the top bidder spot. Any participant can place additional bids.
If an auction is over or the item has ended and the winning bid is canceled, the item is marked as unsold, and no one wins.
Click on the name of your campaign in the left-hand menu bar.
Click on the Auction tab.
Click on Items.
Click on the item you want to cancel a bid on.
Click on the three dots after the bidding status.
Click Cancel bid.
Confirm on the next screen by clicking the Cancel Bid button.
If you want to keep the bid, click Close on this screen.
The canceled bid will show a status of Disqualified in your dashboard and will no longer appear on the public bidding history. The next highest bidder will receive a notification that they are now the highest bidder on this item. They will also be publicly shown as the highest bidder.
