How do I manage Account Funds / Donation Designations?
Manage Account Funds & Donation Designations right from the Givebutter Dashboard

Enabling & Adding Funds / Donation Designations
- In the Givebutter Dashboard, navigate to the Account Settings, then the Tools tab
- Scroll to the Funds section, click the +New button
- To Create a Fund, set a name and optional internal code
- When you're finished select either Create and add another to add multiple funds or Create and close to return to the Tools tab.
Editing & Deleting Funds / Donation Designations
- In the Givebutter Dashboard, navigate to the Account Settings, then the Tools tab
- Scroll to the Funds section
- Click the ellipsis (the three horizontal dots: "...") next to the Fund you'd like to Edit or Delete
- Follow the final prompts to update / delete the Fund.
Exporting Funds / Donation Designations
- In the Givebutter Dashboard, navigate to the Account Settings, then the Tools tab
- Scroll to the Funds section
- Click the Export button then click it again on the pop-up
- Check your email. Click the Download CSV button or copy and paste the provided link into your browser.
