Enabling & Adding Funds / Donation Designations

  1. In the Givebutter Dashboard, navigate to the Account Settings, then the Tools tab
  2. Scroll to the Funds section, click the +New button
  3. To Create a Fund, set a name and optional internal code
  4. When you're finished select either Create and add another to add multiple funds or Create and close to return to the Tools tab.

Editing & Deleting Funds / Donation Designations

  1. In the Givebutter Dashboard, navigate to the Account Settings, then the Tools tab
  2. Scroll to the Funds section
  3. Click the ellipsis (the three horizontal dots: "...") next to the Fund you'd like to Edit or Delete
  4. Follow the final prompts to update / delete the Fund.

Exporting Funds / Donation Designations

  1. In the Givebutter Dashboard, navigate to the Account Settings, then the Tools tab
  2. Scroll to the Funds section
  3. Click the Export button then click it again on the pop-up
  4. Check your email. Click the Download CSV button or copy and paste the provided link into your browser.
