How do I credit a Transaction to a Team Member?
When a donation is credited to a team member, the credit appears in the Supporter Feed, adds to that team member's donation total, and impacts their standing on the Leaderboard. Members are also notified of the transaction, so they have the opportunity to thank the donor via email and stay engaged with the Campaign.
Note: this article is for Admins and Editors to credit transactions to Team Members in Team Fundraising.
Navigate to the TRANSACTIONS tab in your Dashboard.
Find the transaction you'd like to credit the team member for, then click on the white space to the right of the donor's name. Please note, If you click on the donor's name, you’ll be taken to their contact page.
A Transaction panel will appear to the right of your screen. In the Member section, click on +CREDIT TEAM MEMBER. Type in the name of the Team Member and then press Save.
Pro Tip: If you have Multi-Team Fundraising enabled, you'll need to assign the transaction to the proper Team, in addition to assigning a Team Member. Please make sure the Team Member you've selected is on the chosen Team before saving.
