How do I offer donors the option to mail in a check?
You can enable this option in the Tools tab of your Campaign manager.
Go to your Dashboard and select the Campaign for which you'd like to enable this feature.
Navigate to the [Tools] tab of your Campaign manager.
Toggle on the option to "Allow Supporters to Select to Pay via Check."
Don't forget to add Check Mailing Instructions! Your donors will need to know who to make the check payable to and your mailing address.
When a donor opts to mail in a check, there are no payment processing fees or platform fees incurred.
Like all transactions made on Givebutter, the donor will receive an automatic email receipt.
Please note: The pledged check amount will automatically be added to your Campaign's goal total. It is your responsibility to follow up with your supporters to make sure the check is received.
